Collection of Information

Information You Provide To Us

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, use the Services, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The categories of information we collect include:

• Account Information: we collect your email address and any name you provide when you sign up. We use passwordless, magic-link authentication, so we never collect or store a password.
• Audit Information: we store the URLs and domains you submit for analysis, along with the resulting SEO scores, issue lists, and AI-generated action plans, so you can review your audit history over time. Please only submit URLs you own or have permission to audit.
• Financial Information: we engage Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to collect and process your subscription payment details. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Communication Information: we collect the content of any messages you send to our support channels.

Information We Collect Automatically

• Transactional Information: we keep a history of your subscription payments, including dates, amounts, and plan tier.
• Internet Activity and Device Information: we collect information about how you access the Services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, to keep your session secure and diagnose problems.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: we use a session cookie to keep you signed in. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) cookies to understand feature usage and improve the Services. You can Accept or Reject analytics cookies via the on-site banner, or adjust your browser settings. Rejecting analytics does not affect sign-in; blocking all cookies may.

Information We Collect From Other Sources

When you submit a URL for audit, our automated crawler collects publicly available technical and content data from that URL (such as page markup, headings, load performance, and metadata) in order to generate your audit results. We also receive limited account and payment-status information from Stripe, our payment processor, such as subscription status and renewal dates.

Use of Information

• Service Delivery: to run SEO audits, generate score cards and issue lists, and produce AI action plans. Audit findings are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to generate the action plan; we do not permit the AI provider to use your audit data to train its models.
• Communication: to send authentication magic links, receipts, service notices, and responses to support requests.
• Research and Development: to monitor usage trends and improve our audit checks and Services.
• Protection and Compliance: to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Disclosure of Information

We disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Vendors and Service Providers: we share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, including Stripe (payment processing), Google Gemini (AI action plans), our PDF generation provider (report exports), and our cloud hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

You can access, export, or delete your audit history and account information from within the Services, or by contacting us. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your billing settings.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

Our Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.
